Your fees have gone up significantly. Sure, it’s a useful app that helps explain everything but the fees are ridiculous.

Turbo Tax Sucks

I didn't discover there was a fee till I had spent 2 hours inputting information. I was offered a 20% discount that would be automatically applied. It did not initially apply and there was no way to contact anyone to question the invoice. I went back to my email and started over. It worked then.

Overall process is pretty straight forward and easy with guides that will explain questions you may have along the way. That said the only reason i gave a 4 star review vs a 5 is the constant popups to upgrade to a paid tier, while i understand they need to make money as a business it is still quite frustrating.

Live experts were great and helpful. The biggest issue was that I couldn't send my amended return for several weeks, but that was eventually fixed.
