Turbo Tax is Great!

I've been using Turbo Tax for over 10 years and never had any issues, I've amended taxes, had extensions etc to deal with and using Turbo tax made it all much easier. Will continue to use as long as available.

Turbotax Import and unclear fix and review lines

Had issues with TurboTax importing Uber income twice, it wasted my time trying to figure out why my tax return was cut in half.
Another issue was when turbo tax was asking to launch an education credit optimizer, and would not explain. Only googling the question would find the issue. I had a similar problem with some Self employment/vehicle expenses; the error messages did not explain anything or offer any sort of guidance. Wasted a lot of time searching and trying to figure out what was going on
