Product works fine but stop trying to TRICK people into upgrading. Stop popping the option up, worded differently, with the choice to decline in different spots.

I've used TurboTax for a while now, and overall, I think it's a solid service. The interface is user-friendly, and it helps guide you through your tax filing process with ease. However, I do believe the pricing could use some adjustments. When you factor in all the add-ons and additional features that you need to pay for, it feels like the cost adds up way too quickly.
The process of filling out your information is fairly straightforward, but it could be streamlined even more. Sometimes, it feels a bit overwhelming with how many steps there are, especially when it comes to providing all the detailed information they ask for. It would be nice if the experience could be made a little easier and less time-consuming.
In conclusion, while TurboTax is an effective tool for filing taxes, the price and some of the more tedious steps make it less than perfect. If they could find a way to bring the cost down and simplify the process, it would be a much more enjoyable experience.
