Always getting upcharged

For the amount of money they charge now, I expect better service and less issues when filing. One on 1099-INT form, the state is left blank, but their software isn't smart enough to recognize that. So now I have to print out my return and mail it in which is a stupid waste of time when I have to spend $150+ because of that one form.

Turbo Tax rips people off

My experience is such that every year I am forced to upgrade by $80 to a product that I really do not need. If I do not agree, the program will not let me go further. This year the program insisted that I sold stocks because minimal dividends ($57.60) and .39 in interest were listed on the 1099. I was forced to pay $130 for a product that was initially $50. Turbo Tax is a complete rip off. Initially, it was a great product, but the powerful always want more.
