Getting too greedy!

I didn't receive any additional help with my 1099-k form, yet you forced me to pay $100 for Premium. I still don't have any clue if I've done it correctly. I refuse to give you more money that I can't afford. You also charged me $39 for filing the State return (again with no additional help. And then you charged me $40 so you could get your payment taken out of my refund. You also constantly bombard me with upgrade requests, while I'm doing all the work!

Quick easy product, though I ended up owing taxes it wasn't unexpected and in fact Turbo Tax saved me from getting a tax penalty!

Not really happy.

The prices have gone through the roof. Looking to use a different tax software next year. Also, using the software used to be pretty straightforward and easy to navigate. Now, it just gave me a headache and I about switched. I would have had I not gotten so far into inputting information. I have used Turbo tax since 2007. Not anymore.
