easy to use except for selling a second house got a little tricky, I had a form 1099-s but intuit had me use a different investment form. Looked like it worked out in the end.

Turbo Tax - Frustrating Fee's

I'm able to get my taxes done, and it is relatively easy. However Turbo Tax is Increasingly becoming like flying Spirit or Frontier and the hidden fee's and upgrades that they sneakily include along the way is frustrating. I had to do my taxes twice because it automatically nudged me into the most expensive live option.

I had problems with the system recognizing retirement income as non-taxed for the state of PA until...I switched from Firefox to Chrome.
