Unhappy with MAX benefits disclosure

I have used Turbotax for many years, and find it any excellent tool. HOWEVER: It is not explained in the MAX benefits that all of our personal data are going to be submitted to a third party. I wish that I could get a refund for this service.

Is ok, just watch the additional fees

Doing the program itself wasn't bad. The filing fee and having to pay $$ to pay for the filing fee out of my refund wasn't something I was too thrilled about. I don't feel I should have to pay $40 in order to pay the filing fees out of my own refund when I am not asking for my refund to be deposited early.
