Using Turbo Tax for several years now it is still the best for me. I did have to use on screen help this year due to the tax changes. She was excellent and friendly.

I hate how much you take out of my tax return

While the product is easy yo use and the interface is simply, I absolutely hate how much it costs. Every year I have used TurboTax to do my tax filing, it feels like they take almost 85 to 90% of my tax return in fees for processing. Which sucks because I do not get a large Tax Return, this year it was only like $204, and after fees and everything I am left with $35. That to me is absolutely unfair. If I am filing for myself and by myself and I never use any of their major assistance, then why should I have to give up such a large portion of my small tax return to pay for the service

TURBOTAX at home

Overall, it wasn't too bad just took longer than an hour. Some explanations weren't clear and others were easy to read and figure out what was being provided. It is frustrating to have to go back to the original spot and start over when trying to check or correct an item. The Tax Expert {Yvette) was professional, knowledgeable and very patient. That help me get through some spots again and again. A big help.

went to print my documents that I needed to mail in with a payment and it would not give me my documents. now I have to find them again so I dont get in trouble with the IRS and you already took my money
