I've been away from Turbo Tax for more than decade, and let me tell you I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it is to use now. You can actually take a picture of many of your forms and it will accept them. Also, the explanations are so helpful when you come to a fork in the road, I have all the confidence about the decisions I made. It automatically saves as you go along and just explains everything so well. I am hooked and will return next year. The dreaded chore is no more!!

Allow attachments or include required forms

Not having all state forms and worksheets is problematic. I live in SC and a form to add SC credits, and the associated worksheets are not available and if used returns cannot be e-filed. This is a big problem and will cause me to evaluate other tax software options. When you are touting yourself as the premier e-file software and also charge extra for the state return you should have all possible forms and worksheets available. Another option is to allow those documents to be included in the E-file.
