Normally Easy To Use and Accident Free

It was easy to use, but I was not alerted to the fact that I must have input something wrong for my city tax because I do not live in the city and my employer does not either, but I owed $699 to the city that I live near and did not catch it until the software said that I had alternate forms to print and file outside my E-file.

Not helpful and very stressful

I have had so many issues trying to get quickbooks and turbotax to work together. It has caused so much stress, anxiety and I'm very hesitant to ever use intuit products again. I paid for turbotax desktop because I was told I needed it when I didn't.

Senior with Turbo Tax!

Was using Taxact for the last couple of years, but they seem non-existent this year. So, I am a client of Credit Karma and decided to go with TurboTax. I am an ex-Jackson-Hewitt tax preparer and know what the software should do! TurboTax was very easy for me to use, and I am very satisfied with my tax filing.
