Sick of your fees sliding in at the end

Your pricing and how fees are presented are predatory. The entire program could be cheaper if we weren't paying for your extreme advertising budget and super bowl ads. It is insulting to say State Fees are the reason you charge more per state citing the staff needed when that pales in comparison to your ad budget.
$40 to pay for the return from your return when most folks live paycheck to paycheck is cruel and malicious. 100% of the reason I use you, is that I'm already into the ecosystem and I don't know how to e-file with the IRS outside of your software. I have a year to research how to do this, and you can enjoy your last grift on my expense.

Turbo Tax makes it Easy!

I've been using Turbo Tax for so long that I've lost track. I have never had an issue and the software is designed well with follow-up questions to assure you're on the right path and occasional repeat of previous questions and answers just to be sure no typos or misinterpretations...redundancy is not always a bad thing! I see no reason to go with any other tax prep software. It works well for me and my small businesses.

I found this years TT to b more dificult to navigate through the interview process. additionally it did not find my EFile info from 2023 tax year, I did Efile 2023 Tax YEAR SUCCESSFULLY with TT complete with emails etc.. there was not an option available to select on that page this. I have used TT for many years and found 2024 to be the least favorite!!!
