Turbo Tax

Great for the most part. I called numerous times--and each time I call I get people with different levels of knowledge--some are AMAZING and incredibly helpful and knowledgeable--and I have had to call back and try to get another person. Also, once I find that super helpful person, I would like to ask for that person again if I have to call back. I wish you had a system to get a message to that person to return our call. Mohammed S. was the most helpful/knowledgeable staff you have!!

Review Confusing

The initial process was good. But the review part was confusing. Why did a screen appear asking me to review several parts of my federal return? All I saw were blank boxes. I didn't know if I had to reenter the same information as I did in the initial process.
