The Mass teachers retirement in not state taxable, it is impossible to understand how Turbo tax handles this. There should be a question when entering 1099-R

Human Support Saved the Day

Mostly everything was fine. Biggest problem was the on-line instructions. It kept telling me to do things like "go to ..." or "Select..." when it was not obvious how to do those things. Finally got to a human who explained in a few seconds.

Good for completing taxes, bad for hidden charges

Product is great but I do not like how they keep adding additional charges in order to finish the return. It said my return would cost $79 and I ended up paying $225, and I still don't know why. Could not figure out what all the extra charges were or what they were for.
