pretty easy, didn't see where to take my car off. also home office expenses I couldn't find I don't know if it was bc i chose standard deduction

TurboTax was ok

TurboTax says it's free, but it overcharges too much money to file taxes and gives too many annoying errors. TurboTax used to be the best and reliable source to file taxes, but now it got very tricky.

TurboTax Used to Be a Lot Easier to Use!

We've been using TurboTax for many years. Recently it's become far less user friendly. For example this year none of the names of our charities or more importantly our annuity and investment account companies were carried over from last year or other years past. Why? This caused a lot of extra, repetitve typing of names and addresses. For this we paid almost $200? We don't think we'll use TurboTax next year.

Easy to follow process. Particularly, tax estimation for investment improved this year.
However, repeated asking for upgrade of turbotax plan was annoying.
