Wish this was a free service from the government.

This should be a product from the government, not one that we have to pay to use to pay taxes. It's fairly user friendly, if you have any knowledge of how to do taxes. But it is constantly trying to up sell you on products you do not need to file your taxes. Also, the state of Oregon requires you to pay to submit online, ridiculous, it is easier and more convenient for them if I file on line, they should not charge for something that makes their job easier.

Stop the upselling!!

The product is relatively easy to use, but I had a few issues. The most notable was the imported data did not end up in last year's category. I had to rationalize 2 Schwab's, National Financial Services and Ally Bank entries. The screen that asks me to delete unused tabs isn't near the current entries. I found this confusing. I'm very unhappy that I had to fight my way through so many sales pitches.
