TurboTax is Worth the Money for Free Filing

had issues with the program rejecting us bank 's zip code took quite a bit of effort to get a human on the line.. but the person I worked with was great he was able to help me get around the issue the system was having

Convenient, except for added hidden costs

While the convenience is always appreciated, I am somewhat disappointed by the unexpected added fees just before filing. These should have been added to the Premium price already (or at least, there should be a much, much bolder indication that such fees would be charged). The amount of the fees is neither excessive nor unreasonable (they are for services or conveniences provided)... BUT they should have been indicated sooner - or included in the price.
