Turbo Tax always makes it easy and simple to file taxes, even in complicated situations. I've been using Turbo Tax for over a decade and they've never failed me yet. I rely on Turbo Tax to get my taxes done correctly the first time. My husband once tried to use a competitor and we were sorely disappointed, so no more shopping around! Intuit and Turbo Tax are where it's at!

For the past two years, Turbo tax has not given me the option to file a free tax return. I have to pay 99 dollars to file even though in this year, my return was only 84 dollars. I work as a teacher, and I do not have any money that is not already being taxed. I do not understand why I have to pay to file a simple w-2.
