Terrible Product Not what it used to be

Turbotax used to be so easy to use. You had direct access to community questions/answers. Questions are difficult to get answers. Remove a state return is a nightmare. I have used this product for seven+ years and will not use again

Outrageous "convenience fee"

I have used this service for many years and am overall happy but the so-called "convenience fee" on top of the TurboTax fee when using my credit card is outrageous!! I may seriously consider a different service next tax season.

2024 Turbo Taxes

I have used it for at least 5-6 years. It is relatively easy to use, as long as you take your time and go by what is represented in front of you, rather than your interpretation.
