Federal is good, but city is not.

Overall great experience. But When filing for sate it was filling up RITA(city) forms and keeps throwing error. It asked to fix and give the box but value was giving in wrong boxes.

Easy process and affordable

I have used TurboTax for several years and plan to continue to do so in the future. I do it myself and am able to complete the process without any virtual assistance due to the clear instructions and smooth process through the screens. i especially like the fact that Turbotax can access my various accounts to get needed information instead of me trying to locate and input the information. It only took about 1.5 hours from start to finish and I was able to pay both TurboTax and my taxes right away. I will receive updates via email about my tax return status and, since I could E-file, I'll know pretty quickly whether or not my return has been accepted.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I moved, I bought or sold investments

Turbo Tax is a very simple to use program even for beginners. It's detailed and helps to understand what you're doing to avoid errors. I love it. I don't like the hidden fees at the end for processing
