Can't go wrong with TurboTax

The tax preparation tool I used last year is not as good as TurboTax. I forgot how convenient it is to use this service compared to the past one and I appreciate the fact that I can get my refund much earlier if I have Credit Karma!
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Turbo Tax was more frustrating than last year.

Most of Turbo Tax was easy to fill out. Some part seem to have glitches. I had difficulty adding my 1099-INT. I couldn't edit several payers from last year. I had to enter them as new payers. I also had issues with state option. For some reason, the program never guided me through the taxes that I paid during the year. My state taxes are not automatically deducted, so I pay quarterly throughout the year. I had to go back and locate where the section was for estimated taxes paid. I'm not sure if that was on my federal or state. It was a time consuming hassle.

POOR WORKFLOW NEAR END OF PROCESS!

BIGGEST ISSUE WAS THE POOR PATH TO FILE A PRELIMINARY DRAFT FOR REVIEW. TURBO TAX APPEARRE TO FORCE YOU TO FILE FIRST, WHICH IS NOT NORMAL. THIS "KILLED ME" THE FLOW WAS TERRIBLE. I COULD NOT SIMPLY PRINT A DRAFT!
