every year it is impossible to log back in for either the pass code not accepted or user id with no help to get through it like an actual person

Wonderful for the price.

This product is wonderful. As a prior tax preparer I think this software is extremely easy to use. However, the older version that would guide tax payers through was a much better way of making sure that taxpayers were capturing all income and deductions. Some of the interface on this version makes it tricky or confusing and I only caught the errors after playing around with the system and reviewing the hard copy of the returns (which i am sure not everyone does). But overall, great tool for the price.

turbotax used to be free, i clicked on the stupid only option available at $49 to file, and somehow at the end i must pay $149. shocking and apalling. i cant wait to give my money to a real person next year and pay what i sign to pay instead of getting charged nearly triple. i absolutely do not reccomend turbotax to anyone that needs tax services.
