I only use TurboTax because they already have my information, which makes doing taxes faster. Everything else seems like a rip off, but oh well.

Good on taxes, but shady on pushing unwanted costs

Helping through all my taxes was great however it is quite shady how bad they push you and confuse you into paying for a level of service you dont need. Between nesting the service youre looking for in one area or only showing you the higher services, it is quite blatant what they are doing. Make this simpler and stop trying to swindle people of their money that has already been robbed by the government.
