Terrible and expensive experience - don't use

That was the most painful experience ever! I had to keep going over the same stuff to see one thing. I also got a form so I put it in, discovered the information doesn't need to be reported (no numbers in Boxes 1a through 1e) but had to pay $80 extra. The fact that I had to pay up front for a form that I didn't need to file is crap!!! I want my $80 back. I will never use Turbo Tax again.

Turbo Tax is not very "Turbo"

I understand you need to verify my identity but come on, the redundant questions are ridiculous. Also, I did not like the fact that I had to pay and THEN you come up with more questions on previous tax returns? I had to dig up old tax returns just to "Verify" AGAIN even after the billion verifying questions! And what is with the price of almost $200? I mean, I can go to a preparer and pay that.
