TurboTax is becoming a monopoly

I self-reported in an effort to save money. Definitely not worth having access to an expert. However, I was prompted to review the same section on my return multiple (at least 5) times, was delivered new forms I had never heard of while filing, and was overall exhausted by the experience. It took me 3 hours due to the constant reviewing that I could not avoid - there were also inaccuracies that I was unable to change within the file, so we will see what happens. I will be filing through a different institution next year.

Turbo Tax is the only option!

I love that it is user friendly with multiple options to guide me through the process and options to aid in a seamless return.
