I like to use Turbotax. It is relatively easy to use, especially when you've used it in the past, but it kind of bothers me that it just gets more and more expensive the more times i use it. It makes me want to use another software to get a better price, but it's just so much easier to have it on the same platform. It feels like I'm being taken advantage of.

Cryptocurrency filing nightmare

Everything went well with TurboTax until I got to filing my cryptocurrency gains and losses from Coinbase. I had several issues and had to try various methods before Coinbase accepted by CSV file from Coinbase. It was very annoying, especially given Coinbase has a specialized file format for TurboTax. You need to improve this!!! I had the same problem last year.
