i was disappointed that the format was changed from previous years. It was very helpful to me to see last years return entries so that I could compare those numbers with the current year numbers. It also would remind me if there were some forms missing from any financial institutions that I should enter.

Turbo tax is very intuitive and very helpful. Sometimes its not always the clearest or the prompts aren't in enough detail. Videos would be good

stop changing the formats every year!

I wish the program would stay the same year after year, for the most part, this took me over 7 hours to complete. It did not seem fluid or seamless. i had a hard time navigating and finding where I needed to go. I would like to see the paper printout off to the side so I can follow. Some explainations were awful, like when it asked to delete forms or companies that were not used....

Hidden fees to trick you.

Hidden fees. Automatic bad review. How dare they try to exploit your frustration by waiting until toward the end to bombard you with hidden fees when you've already sunk so much time into your return, banking on you being too exasperated to start all over with something else. Transparency upfront would have made a difference, but they chose to deceive users instead.
