I did not engage with anyone. This is my second year of filing with Turbo tax and it seems I learn something every year but you have to read and complete the sections in order to finish. thank you Turbo Tax.

Prefer to load or download the program and then work through the process a little at a time and have all on my computer, not on yours.

TurboTax is great, just a little pricey.

I like it, however the jump from free to $160 fee is just too high for filling 1 extra business document considering I’m still providing all info like the rest.

Very repetitive. Asked to review things many times and not super clear. Process to get signed in is a pain. The only redeeming thing was the customer service person I spoke with
