Frustrated

A little frustrated due to not being able to change from Premium to Deluxe. If I had to stay with the Premium, I would have appreciated an explanation as to why this was needed based on my tax needs.
Also, need an explanation about why they are asking for a box to be completed (Realize that is vague, but tired at this point).

I called twice to talk to a TurboTax Live Expert. Both of them were excellent. The second one was on the phone with me until I completed all the reviews before filing. She was wonderful guiding me. She was professional and patient.
