Turbo Tax ROCKS!

I've been using Turbox Tax for years. Each year it gets better and better. I do it myself and can ask for when in real time when I need it. I pay for the max benefits for down the road if required.

Easy but Expensive

It was easy with my fathers help, but was very disappointed I had to pay $129 for a simple W2 return. I'm guessing its because I received a little income in interest and stock sale.

Mixed Experience

I got logged out a couple of times for no reason - had clicked "continue" and instead got kicked out to the login screen. I suspect it was because I opted to not share my info because once I shared my info, I no longer got kicked out. I feel that is deceptive business practices and don't appreciate it - be clear that if I don't share my data the experience with the product will be less than desirable.
I found the app easy to use and appreciated the questions that guided me through completing the routine. The help articles were useful.
