Even Amending a Return is Easy

I've used Turbo Tax for over 10 years. the central location for all my returns makes keeping track easy. I love that they do the math and all the necessary forms. I recommend it to everyone! Just check your data entry - I found a big mistake in the number I entered in one place (in my favor) and had to amend. It was easy to amend and confirm numbers with TT!

It is absolutely ridiculous what you charge to do taxes. It is a very simple program to use, I am the one doing all of the work, and yet you charge fee after fee after fee. When I am finally finished I am so exhausted that I don't want to fight it, which is your plan. This is a racket and the monopoly you have created is disgusting.

They charged my credit card before they completed my tax return.
They did not tell me it was incomplete for 3 days.
I did not expect there to be 2 fees And I expected it to be sent when i thought it was complete.
