Overpriced and not worth the value

Turbo Tax used to be a great option over going to a professional but at every corner once you start putting effort into completing all the sections there are force upgrades or make you think you are getting to file for free but then add charges for filing state when it clearly said 0 when you started but the options also force the situation change to having to pay at the end and you get so frustrated you put so much time into completing it you just end up paying it. I interact with so many people on a daily basis all i can do is encurage everyone to stay away from Turbo tax and save the costs for me doing the work but they take the funds for just filing it.
