Janiah was SO helpful with the end of the process--I didn't know how to delete a form that was causing problems, but she was super patient and walked me through all the steps and made sure I had what I needed. She's a gem, give her a raise asap!!

The only thing I'm unhappy about are the optional fees at the end. If you want to pay TurboTax's fees from your Federal refund, it's an extra $40. If you want your refund direct deposited right away, it's an extra $35 (if you don't pay the $35, it takes 21 days to get your refund direct deposited). I personally don't need my refund tomorrow, so I'll keep my $35. It takes almost as long to check out of TurboTax as it does to do your return!

Filing Tax Return W/Turbo Tax Is A Piece of Cake

Having Turbo Tax guide us through the filing of our tax return was a piece of cake. All we had to do was state the facts and Turbo Tax took it from there. Now we are laid back and enjoying the happiness.
