I was charge way more than I was told . I only wanted to pay to e=file my federal return and mail my state return . I wasn"t able to change it

Deceptive company. Unreliable prep

They screwed up by included my investments twice. It seemed odd that my refund suddenly went down. It's a good thing I actually checked the final documents to see this!
I also hate the way you try to trick people into buying additional products by making it difficult to move ahead without choosing these products.
