No Such Thing as Free!

You charge too much to file. Why should someone pay a fee for filling with taxes owed to them. Scam like. Will no be filing with Turbo Tax next year.

The software is easy to use and the guidance is helpful. I used previous versions years ago and found them easier to navigate between the forms view and the guided view. I miss the forms view. It took me a while to find the print function in the tools menu--the help section directed me someplace else.

Glitchy this year but still the best

This year the program was really glitchy and kept sending me back through the same segments and wouldn't let me proceed to the next section. But I still love TurboTax. Finished and filed in 2 hours. Hard to beat even if its $180.

Allowed duplicate entry of dividend and interest amounts.
Return system check should flag duplicate entry amounts within each schedule.

I have used turbo tax for 13 years, I tried an accountant once and it was more work and headache than ever. Turbo Tax is the way to go.
