Turbo Tax is user friendly

Can be a bit repetitious in doing the sections but it is important to be sure that all sections are correctly answered. I did not use the live assistance but it is available if needed.

your service is easy to use and understand. however i feel to charge a disabled person the turbo tax fee is unfair and way too high since there is little to no refund.

Pretty good experience using Turbo Tax. Easy to follow, documents already imported, & clear instructions and support. AI needs some tweaking but still pretty good. The only thing I continue to get confused with is the state "income adjustment" section. I work for the state of NJ & they calculate back into the state wages the contributions for pension, SEC125 and deferred compensation (retirement plan). I keep forgetting & add them back but realize when I get to final the page for income tax & see that my wages were well over what I know I make. So it might help if TT included some type of statement on the explanation of this that some states may include it in Box 16 (wages). Otherwise, I like using Turbo Tax. I always get my refunds fast!
