It would've been a 5 star review, but when I had to fix a rejected return, it kept running me in circles. It didn't take you step by step, to fix my return. Only by trial and error did I manage to figure out how to get where I needed to go to fix it. Plus the website kept kicking me out of it, making me have to keep starting over.

TurboTax was simple and sweet

Great and easy. It was very simple when needing assistance. Only thing is if you need live help from a tax professional that is a little too expensive when you can easily do the research yourself, maybe a little more time consuming but don't let laziness take over by overpaying.

There are repetitive areas that seem like time wasting. Do not see the purpose in having to re-enter the same data more than once.

I do not like how you pick a plan in the beginning but are blindsided by having to use premium once you reach the end.
