Had lots of trouble

I paid for Turbo Tax in October and it charged me another $188 after I had completed it. They said because I had interest and dividend I needed premium instead of deluxe. I also had difficulty entering monetary info. It kept adding digits so if I entered 1000 it wrote 10,000.

This is a new way to do it. Had to ask a few times to find out how to enter my quarterly tax payments. If i hadn't the system did not know i paid these. Also, there appeared no way to get personal information from previous returns as there always has been. Everything else was merely different than the old download process and took more time to figure out.
