Easy to use but needs more explanation

TurboTax is an easy, secure way to file state and federal income taxes. Their UI is very easy to use and navigating to different sections of the return flow is very intuitive. I wished there was more explanation given about the Credits section IRA contributions if you haven't withdrawn or had a taxable event for those accounts and the IRA was created by an employer.

Too many Extra Fees

Easy to file, great explanations of things, NEVER FREE FOR MILITARY even though it's advertised as such. Too many extra fees to try and file- extra processing fees are unnecessary and the taxed tax return is horrendous.
