Do not pre-sign

I accidently put my middle initial on the "pre sign documents" and I was unable to correct that error. I do not like that and I took an extra 30 minutes trying to go back to get to that page but with no success. I hope it does not cause my return to be rejected.

My return was not accepted initially. My wife's PIN was omitted. The instructions to fix the problem were non-existent, really poor guidance. Your effort to simplify has gone too far. I have been using TT for many years, never again, your product is no longer really useful or intuitive.

AI assistant is useless and paying extra for customer support is predatory. I will never use turbotax again and will actively encourage others to leave this service.
