Engaged with Stacy or Stacey? She was great checked everything. I had a question about my final tax total. She explained everything. Also answered questions I had about Schedule K-1 form 1040. Good (GREAT) customer service is veery hard to find today. Seems it's usually some AI crap. Please keep live trained competent people as your customer service.

Spotty software performance and difficult for help

The software at different points has confusing language and doesn’t perform has intended. The online help is no help at all. You phone CS when you can get through to them are fabulous.
