Great Program and easy.

great program. been using it for years.
Problem-I purchased the program in November, 2024 for $70, but I was unable to enter my codes etc. I need a refund of $70.

That took hours...

I have been using Turbo Tax for Years now with never any issues. This year was so different, nothing but website issues. Some type of schedule C bug i couldn't get past and had to spend 2 hours on reddit and google trying to find how others got past it. I hope this was a fluke and not the new normal.

Turbo Tax is Awesome !

I have used Turbo Tax since the age of 18. I have always loved their service, products, and the company overall has an enormous amount of potential. I am a self employed contractor apart of my job is paying back my taxes each year to my state. I am able to function alone but like that I have had assistance in the past to get to this point. Everything is very simple, easy, and thorough customer service and advisors are amongst some of the best. I would recommend their services to anyone I know I truly believe they are a trusted company.
