Turbo Tax is not awesome.

It is too expensive, and the only way to get actual help is to pay for a person — which I cd do myself, and not doing which is the reason people use your product in the first place.
The return has been rejected four times, and it's about to get a fifth. I have the correct AGI and I used the five-digit PIN from last year.
Then I got the IRS ID PIN from my IRS.gov account — AND THERE'S NO PLACE TO ENTER IT IN THE FILING PROCESS. ONLY THE FIVE DIGIT PIN, NOT THE SIX DIGIT PIN. SO WHAT'S THE POINT OF GETTING IT WHEN YOU DON'T OFFER A PLACE TO ENTER IT.

Convenient, but shady business practice on extras.

Been using this product for years and it's easy. I am getting increasingly irritated that it's so difficult to remove the automatically added Premium version. I didn't need any of that this year. The help page nor Google were any help on where to find it, but had a whole host of people complaining about the same. I finally got frustrated and just paid the $119 fee while some image near the "Submit" button tried to convince me to be happy that I saved $10 from the normal $129. This is called manipulation and is shady business practice. I will likely look elsewhere next year, which is inconvenient. I very rarely write negative reviews on anything; this MIGHT be the third one in my entire life.
