Everything should be finalized before I pay. This has happened more than once that after I paid I thought I was all done and there was more to go. I've logged out, only to find I still had more work to do.
All the options/selections and ways to file/direct deposit should be presented prior to paying so that it is the last step prior to downloading the files.
One year I waited for my refund only to find I had more steps to process after paying. I keep saying I'm leaving Turbo Tax and after that hasn't been set-up better, after more than 10+ years I'm seriously considering leaving your services.

Turbo Tax has been my go to for years. It is easy to follow and navigate. I like it explains everything with hints. I will continue to use Turbo Tax in the future.
