useful for simple returns

overall a good product. easy to use for the average user. Misses a state deduction for iowa I usually take.

Not as user friendly as before

Turbotax, in the past, was user friendly. Not this year. In the first place, it was very difficult to add the code from the pre purchased deluxe version. In the past, there information was pulled from previous year's returns. Not this year. Ii had to reenter info that hasn't changed for several years. To top it off, the program continuously tried to upsell several times. They offered the Max version for free but then tried to charge me $40 at the end. After using turbotax for several years, I am not sure I will again.
