Why does it cost money now to file my own taxes?

It used to be free to file my taxes myself and it is a bit frustrating to have to pay now.

You can't review 1040 Federal and State before paying to see if figures are correct and in right place or you forgot something. Once you get to see them you cant go back and add or change an item.
