Hidden Fees

While turbo tax is easy to use and very intuitive (which is why i use it) they hide fees and make it difficult to know what your going to pay up front. If you ask me their practices is predatory. They intentionally leave and give you vauge answers to mislead you into paying for extra software you don't actually need. After their class action i hoped they would change their pratcies but its clear they have not.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I moved, I bought or sold investments

TurboTax is the greatest!

Love the convenience of being able to do my own taxes at home. It is always great that I have the option to chat with someone if needed. So much easier to do it from home, especially with little kiddos.
