Don't Think Too Highly of This Service

Auto-populated fields from w2 returns were commonly wrong. Could not fix errors easily. You charge before you actually submit anything so if there are unresolvable errors you get paid but the return isn't filed.

Even though I told the tax program that I had sold stocks, it did not include that in the regular input, so I had to find it on my own. Also the program repeatedly tried to sell me items even though I am paying for the tax service.
