i owed money this time

to many "one more thing"!
not sure who's at fault here but in 7 years this is the first time I had to owe taxes and I wasn't alerted about any of it! but some how the federal government thinks they can charge me a fee for owing taxes? and it wasn't a small amount! pretty dangerous for someone to pull that kind of stunt! some people wouldn't put up with it like me if it happens again!
