much easier, I like that it is much easier to use and have help right on the page to find what ever you need to successfully do your own taxes.

You're product costs too much. You are extorting people because you know the people that use this service cannot afford actual accountants to file taxes for them. It takes you little to no effort to file these, it should cost substantially less.
