Turbo Tax is the best by far

Turbo Tax has an easy format to follow. If you need to stop at a point, Turbo Tax saves your info you have filled in.

TURBO TAX GAVE ME NO OPTION BUT TO PAY FOR PREMIUM TO CONTINUE FILEING MY TAXES AT THE END. TOOK A CHUNK OF MY RETURN, WILL BE LOOKING FOR OTHER OPTIONS TO FILE MY TAXES NEXT YEAR.

The wording still isn't user friendly. I connected Schwab (like before) imported my IRA, and investment docs and your system still didn't imput information into the appropriate places. Each time I asked your bot a question I got "suggest to talk to person" but that's $200. I barely make ends meet as it is. !.5 hour estimate was a joke, try over 4hours. How many times do I have to tell you I didn't have a 1099 misc this year!!! OMG!

Horible - worst year ever

1099B form required me to click through each transation 2 times each - this took probably 20 min to do becuase of all of the transactions. Also you took $69 for Max benefits and then told me I had to disclose tons of personal info to your partner and if I didn't agree my $ was going to waste as I don't get the benefits. Horrible.

Confusing, fees are egregious, would rather take my tax forms to a professional and have them do it instead.
